Refund policy

This includes any items purchased using a discount code and all items from our Sale section.

• NO REFUNDS

Eligible items will receive store credit only or a possible exchange if the item is still available.

• RETURN WINDOW:

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase or delivery date.

• RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED:

Please email us before sending any returns to receive approval and instructions.

• DAMAGED ITEMS:

Any damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of purchase and returned within that timeframe.
